I felt so welcomed by Lisa and Julian! They were so helpful and fun! I was printing big signs for my wedding and they were SO helpful. I noticed a little smudge and they didn’t even blink when I asked for a reprint! Will definitely be back.

I had a packaged shipped on Monday was told it'll be here Wednesday today is thursday,I've been calling all morning this place GHETTO!!!THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND I DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE AND NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT I WILL BE CALLING HEAD OFFICE AND FILING A POLICE REPORT TODAY!!! Zero why they talking like they from England on the voice-mail tho? Fraudulent smh

So basically just like your other FedEx Office/Kinkos but more importantly it is the customer service that you get when you walk into this place. I went when they first opened up they hadn't been open for about maybe 30 minutes or more and it seems they only had one associate on duty behind the counter but she was very helpful and assisting myself and another customer that was in there. She was very nice and also very polite, she even told me next time if I come in I wouldn't have to pay to print a return shipping label but it was too late I had already used my credit card on the machine which was no big deal but in the future I will definitely remember to do that. Honestly I will literally make the drive to this location if I have anything to print or ship back, like I said it's all about excellent customer service no matter how far out it is I'm willing to go.

Darnell saved the day! Tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM is a huge conference and the printer did not print out the booklets. It was 7:20 pm and we had less than 40’minutes to get this done. We rushed over to FedEx near Emory. We walked in the door at 7:31 PM. Thank God Darnell served us. He greeted us with a smile and let us know that what we thought might be impossible was absolutely possible. We emailed him the booklet, and he calmly showed us two options of how it could be printed. He reassured us that it would be done. Darnell got everything printed and did it with a smile. Five stars!!

Don't use their self scan option even if they advise it. Apparently your package is not registered as shipped until the employee scans it. Which happened at the end of the next business day. So the package left the building the day after that (third day) resulting in delaying the delivery. Disappointed.

Will never go back for printing- they got the sizing wrong on my 11x17 prints. I asked for them to reprint and they refused and still charged me for their mistake. Worst customer service ever.

First time visiting this store and had a great experience. Darnell was especially helpful during a really busy time in the store. When I first walked in, he assured me that he would be with me in a moment as he wrapped up helping another customer. Once Darnell began assisting me, he went out of his way to show me physical options of the size posters I was considering, as well as presenting a binder of paper weight options. Darnell’s positive attitude, attention to details to ensure consumer satisfaction is certainly unlike any service I have ever received for print jobs. Great job Store 1505! I am new to the Emory area, and will certainly be back.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Male customer associate does not know how to explain things without being condescending. Very unhelpful. Normally when I go to other FedEx locations, they tell me the different rates for different days for express.I like to not feel bad after shipping something as a general rule of thumb LOL. Normally not the type to write reviews either…

Terrible customer service, this is the 1st time I have had to file a formal complaint on a location. Cashier accused me of Having the wrong label and than left me at the register to go take a huge dump and her co-worker decided to skip me and take the man behind me instead of helping me when I was 1st in line. If you hate your job find something else to do…..

READ WITH CAREBefore I ever heard of an(Office) being in your home I would have legal documents handled atKinko's which is nowFedEx Office and Prints.Now I have an (Office) in my own home but I would like to backtrack and THANKKINKO'S and FEDEX OFFICE for the years they handled all that I ever needed.I Thank God for the ON TIME HELP WHEN I DIDN'T HAVE AN OFFICE AT HOME.

Tracy the Assistant Manager was a blessing to work with. Her easy demeanor made my faxing experience quite enjoyable. She checked in on me often enough to let me know I was important and valued as a customer. Outstanding.

I ordered a SIM card fron pure talk on Sunday which uses fed ex 2 day shipping. It was received by this fed ex location over 30 hrs ago Monday. Mind you, it's just a SIM card and is probably in a small mailer or envelope. I am getting notifications that it has been sitting there delayed and won't arrive until Thursday by 8pm. That will be day 4! What a lousy service. I suggest using ups or the U.S. Postal service.
