Requested style: I had my crocheted passion twist done. It was very nice. I was pleased with it even though it was a little tight but she sprayed something to ease the pain and it worked.

Only went here cause my lady was booked. Won't return. Asked for 2 feet in braids, the bottom half is huge and then my hair is still wet from the gel after sitting under the dryer, I asked the lady to thread the bottom half and she put a rubber band instead. Then it already looks like my hair is coming out at the top. Still wet a hour later from gel smh

Well, I enjoyed my time there. I fell asleep in the chair a couple of times but nobody judged too much. when I left I thought I did t like my hair bc I never got braids done by anybody but myself but I loved them once I looked at them! a few people did work on my hair, 3 to be exact, but I got small braids and left in about 4 hours so I was fine with it. I'll come back

DISGUSTING! ATTITUDES AND ROACHES! . But BEFORE I get to the ROACH part ! called a DAY ahead of time to schedule an appointment for the next day to do a braided hairstyle that should have taken an hour to a half an hour to do but when I arrived she said that she forgot that she had another appointment and asked that I come back later that day, no worries, I returned later that afternoon and then AFTER I waited another hour or so she says oh well can my sister do it because she still had had a client. So I say yes, waited another 40 mins and then someone asks me if I needed services?! Huh?! And I'm like the stylist knows that I'm waiting, what's the problem so then they DECIDED to take me! Long story short, the braids turned out braided unevenly, different sizes, some super skinny others fat, they REFUSE to braid your hair to the ends and when I insisted, they just cut the ends . They'll LIE in a heartbeat until you get Gansta with them and hold them accountable and they completely DRAG their PAYING and PATIENT customers verbally to the fullest! I suggest googles translation while their speaking. Anywho.. they're Straight CONS! Always trying to flip the narrative, so then I walked into the restroom and saw a nasty ROACH! DEUCES !! too many other shops around and most of all ones without the smug attitudes and ROACHES. photo on website!

Rarely do I leave comments to tell people not to patronize any black owned business. However after 19 years of coming to this particular braiding shop, I can honestly say take your business somewhere else. Most braiders are extremely unprofessional, prices are very high now but to walk into a shop with roaches on the floor, bathroom needs to be cleaned, braiders making fun of your hair, everyone yelling just unbelievable I will be returning.

I brought my daughters here to get there hair done for Easter it didn’t look professionally done they rushed on my daughters hair I asked could they redo it over she gave me back my money very unprofessional I won’t never come here again don’t waste your time it’s not worth it I took my daughters to another African hair braiding shop they did much better. If you can’t do the style don’t do it at all!!!!!! If I could give a zero star I would!
