TERRIBLE STORE!!! This is the second time that I have came to the store and the doors are locked. It’s 01:49 pm, no excuse. They have a hand written sign on the window saying system down. I looked in window and system is up, Coca-Cola truck is outside and I see them through the window, laughing and stocking sodas. This is so unfair to us customers. All I needed was a phone charger cord to take my mom in the hospital. ? I tried to upload photo but did not see how.

Stopped to get grandma birthday gift with the kids instead of the employee giving out good Customer service the employee ask me where my baby car seat was really messed my day up I was so upset like why would she ask me that I had my baby in the cart correctly with the buckle around him. The cart even say no cart seat to be placed in cart. Since I have to have a car seat to go in Family Dollar

I was held hostage in your store! I was TERRIFIED! When I walked in, I immediately felt objectified by your employees with the obscene stares and comments! Nonetheless, I continued to shop! As I walk towards the checkout line the cashier comes to my face and startle me! I don’t even know where he came from! I said what do you want, he said I thought you were talking to me! Hoooow? I was nowhere near you and had my AirPods in my ear since I came into the store. I check out and decide upon leaving, I wanted to switch chips, he laughed and said okay, so I did! I was walking out, he approached me and grabbed me telling me I have to pay for those. I showed him my bag and I told I’ve paid for chips already and was just exchanging. Him laughing and saying nope, nope, I thought he was joking but it definitely uncomfortable with him being in my face like that! So I asked him several times to move! He blocks the door and says no you can’t leave! At this point I’m scared! I open my bag and say I’m not stealing anything! What do I need to do? He says pay for the chips! I was like whatever I just want to leave!! The manager finally comes over and say what happen? I told him and he said, those are the same price! I said I know I told him that! I’m not stealing! He asked which chips did I prefer and stated I could leave! I’m shaking right now and contemplating getting a lawyer! That was terrifying for a $2 bag of chips after buying $12 worth of items! I am in my car shaking right now!!! I am HIGHLY UPSET!!! If I were smaller or white he wouldn’t have DARED to touch me! It’s still Covid out there, mask or not STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!!! The young man name was Claud. He went to MLK

Maskatory, friendly staff, handicapp accessible, they have groceries along with house hold items, no Lysol today. Reasonably priced. Of course my snacks.

Rude cashier 2-14-2021! Like you choose this job so dnt be rude little girl!!! Smile it takes more muscles to frown then to SMILE!!! Then the Manager in duty holding full blown conversations with whoever that was she was talking to!!! Taking long to do a doggone void!! This why they dnt take black people seriously!!! Clean the freaking parking lot!!! Trash everywhere!!!
