I trying to return the item that i'm not use to but there's a asian employee who doesn't want me to return it saying that I have to buy other for 6 months kind of ridiculous nonsense is that either he new who doesn't know how to handle customers return, or the high up in that place doesn't want to give refunds no really good business.

I went to buy a sim card for a new phone we already have metro account the Asian I encountered told me that I need to pay for a activation fee as well as the sim card with tax about 35 dollars I told him i was going to activate online which is free because they will wave the 20 dollars but he kept saying its the Manger rules I'm sure he's the manager an agent because no one else was there I do not recommend the Metro PCS on Wesley Chape

They tried to charge me 35$ for something that takes 5 minutes went to metro PCs on convington hwy by Wendy’s they charge me 21.I saved 14$ no cap

Horrible customer service. Unless you have gang or ghetto mentality beware. You will not get service. When you walk in you don't know which way line is going. If you ask for assistance reps become belligerent and extremely hostile. 8 reps 4 working and the rest gossiping and talking discussing with customers about how many babies they have or plan on having. Most employees are extremely rude and dismissive.

Metro PCS phone service is terrible. There are times that I can not call out. Phone calls are constantly dropping. People are always complaining about my phone is constantly going to voicemail when my phone is on. This doesn't even look right when you have a business. I lost money because of that. I had to switch phone providers. I may come back and do business with this provider if they improve their phone service. Metro PCS used to have very good service and now I just don't know what happened. How could you charge so much for services because it is not worth it!
