THE WORST STORE EVER!!!!! i purchased a wifi box not even a week ago and it stopped working, i went to the store today asking for help, for an exchange, and a refund and the manager declined all my requests. he asking me for a receipt that he NEVER GAVE ME. then him and his coworkers started laughing at me telling me to get out because they cannot help me. very very very rude and unprofessional. not to mention a customer came in right behind me as soon as he asked for help with his phone the man told him to get out as well. luckily i went to the metro on glenwood rd and the lovely ladies helped me out .

I trying to return the item that i'm not use to but there's a asian employee who doesn't want me to return it saying that I have to buy other for 6 months kind of ridiculous nonsense is that either he new who doesn't know how to handle customers return, or the high up in that place doesn't want to give refunds no really good business.

I went to buy a sim card for a new phone we already have metro account the Asian I encountered told me that I need to pay for a activation fee as well as the sim card with tax about 35 dollars I told him i was going to activate online which is free because they will wave the 20 dollars but he kept saying its the Manger rules I'm sure he's the manager an agent because no one else was there I do not recommend the Metro PCS on Wesley Chape
