I rented a 15 passenger van, the door ajar light was on from the time I picked it up, all the passengers arm rests where broken, the inside was dirty. On the way back the service engine light came on. The wait for talking to a Rep was long, when I did talk to someone they where very helpful. I feel like the vehicle wasn’t properly checked prior to renting it.

I went to this location to pick up a rental and I was unfortunately unable to get a vehicle. Tiara, was so gracious and patient. She explained the entire process so pleasantly and I look forward to returning to do business with her in the near future.

I was very disappointed with the service that I received at this location, and will share my discontentment with both my friends and colleagues to ensure that they never rent from Enterprise! Furthermore, they should either close that location or hire agents who are dedicated to doing their job.

Worked through my insurance to get a rental and I had one woman help me with quotes and how the insurance plays into the process. The next day I came in and I worked with Ms. Chaniece (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) who helped explain the process and policies I have to follow. This is my first time renting a car and she answered all of my questions. This was the best part of my day as it went smoothly and her team cared about what condition the car was in before handing me the keys and had it rewashed. With follow-up questions, Ms. Stephanie (I believe) helped me with what I need to do when returning the vehicle. Thank you for being kind and helpful to me.

This place does not need to be open if managers do not know how to satisfy customers!!! I make a reservation online. Have a confirmation number, get to the location and there are no cars. There is a SUV available and you are not able to even approve at same rate because of their policy!Thank you Chris for responding. I sent further detail to your email.

Super experience at this new location on Covington Highway in Decatur Ga. The manager, Cory, is super and on top of things. He called me when a I was late to pick up my rental and even came and picked me up. I just love the trainee, Sade, she is responsive and already has terrific customer service skills and knowledge.So glad to have them in my neighborhood.

I have been doing Enterprise for years and I must say the new location on Covington Highway is the BEST by far. Corey the manager and staff exceeds customer service expectations and they always make you feel exceptional. It's my second time working with them and each experience surpasses the prior. Expect to be in and out within 5-10 minutes, that's how efficient they are. You can't lose going to this Enterprise location.

Shanice was amazing!!! I booked a car the same day and she helped me from start to finish. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be renting from them in the future.

Agents at this Enterprise branch were extremely courteous and helpful. Corey, our primary agent, was especially helpful in adjusting our final bill when we needed to switch rental cars while on the road. We would definitely go again to the Covington HWY Enterprise in Decatur!

The only thing that I have any issue with is the Customer Service of the agents when they call you about your rental. They are not clear in making sure that the customer is clear on what they are paying for. If you told me that I am paying "out of pocket" to me, that means that I am paying for the entire rental. This was not the case, I had a difference in what the insurance copy was paying. Customer Service goes a long way toward Customer Satisfaction. Especially in an industry where the average person does not work or know the language. The saddest part also is the idea that in certain areas "bad customer service" is expected. That should not be the case or the norm, but we find it to be true too many times. Let's change the view that is given or expected to a more POSITIVE one. The manager of this facility was SUPER on 9 March 23 when I came in to rent the car, but this may require a bit of retraining for his staff. I could not have asked for a better experience working with him!

This location gets zero stars. Since the day I made my reservation, everything has been downhill from there not only did they not have a car available for my reservation they put me in a more expensive vehicle. I had no problems paying. The vehicle had a big crack in the window shield that spread the entire time I had my vehicle which was 30 days. In the mist of that the car was due for oil change that Corey told me I need to go and get a free oil change from Pep Boys. After harassing me for my last week payment after being in the hospital for four days i ended up paying daily weekend rates for a weekly rental forcing me to pay over $600 for my rental that week. My new rental has mechanical issues also has a crack in the window shield and the car was not disinfected, cleaned on the inside or on the outside after paying $664 which was not supposed to be my total. Corey mock me over the phone about being in the hospital and that it was no concern of his harassing me the entire time over the phone talking to me like a child as if I was doing him a favor he's extremely rude and very arrogant he does not know how to talk to people. Enterprise definitely need to fire Corey because he makes this location look bad for business. As a customer of enterprise for six years I've never experienced this type of service. I've been extending my rentals for up to 30 days for years. My family has used this company for over 27 years. My health, business and finances have been put on the the line to rent from this location. DO NOT RENT ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION.

The staff provided excellent customer service. There was no wait time. The SUV was ready when I arrived. Shanice had me in and out within 10 minutes. When I returned the SUV, Corey met me at the vehicle. I didn’t even have to go inside. He checked the vehicle in. Then, he graciously helped me, by carrying my bags to my ride that was waiting.

They have the best customer service. Corey is a top tier manager. He has superb customer service, he’s very personable, and always knowledgeable with all services provided.Tiara is absolutely amazing. She’s kind, patient, resourceful, and always smiling.

DO NOT rent a car from here. I arrived by an uber to pick up car and they had nothing. Manager was extremely rude and did not offer any apology or assistance. I had to call around and during that time the staff acted like I was not even there. Terrible customer service! I was told an area manager would call me and they NEVER did! I went to memorial drive and it was like a whole different company. Wonderful customer service and wanted my business and to help me. This made me consider using enterprise again. Again DO NOT rent from here!

I was giving this location 5 stars based on my initial experience. Then I called to inquire about my bill and the rude manager Cory kept cutting me off every time I went to explain and attempt to ask a question. He is very rude, and arrogant and does not know how to speak to customers. I will NEVER rent from this location again. He acted as if I rented from him. He needs a class on customer service skills. Find another job that does not require you to work with people. Totally unprofessional and ignorant.
