Second time coming here (a year apart) first time I asked for pink tip toes and they polished my whole nails whne I said that’s not what I asked we compromised to do a white tip on top.. this time I came back and asked how much for pink tip toes they said $38 I get in the chair she begins to polish the whole nail I said no I said tip. Man comes over saying you never said this and so on. I said I asked first because I wanted to run to the bank so I could have enough to tip cash…. Either way I’m not coming back they don’t listen and made me do the most over $3 .. terrible place . Just be doing what they want and expect you to accept it . NOT . Deserves -100 stars

This is by far the worst nail shop I ever been to in my life! I went for nails removal, which costs $10, and I was given the worst customer service ever. I was in there for a good 20 minutes, and when they were so called “done” I had to pay. I checked my nails and I still had acrylic nails still on 7 of my fingers. I told them and they proceeded to “finish” the job, but still didn’t do it anyway. At the end they still proceeded with charging me the full price. I’m still taking excess acrylic nails off as I am typing this. Needless to say, do not go here to get nails removal because they are the worst when it comes to that. I don’t know how they do nails, but I will never let them do mine.

I got a pedicure and manicure here. Pedicure was okay. She didn’t soak the acrylic I had on previously completely. The polish on my hands was so bad I had to just ask her to take it off and give a clear coat bc no matter how many times I asked her to fix it, it still looked terrible. I ended up with a clear coat but residues of green nail polish from before. The only reason I give it a 2 and not 1 is because the pedicure was OK.

Got acrylics done today, even after saying it wasnt the right shade i wanted she tried to convince me it is and this is how it turned out to be, i dont mind the shade but look at the finishing.
Even after mentioning i wanted an ombré effect in brown she chose a grey in the middle

I did pedicure coz of ingrows,it's was $35, she charged me $49 when ask her why so much & said it’s to cut ingrow, i do pedicure since more then 15 years & never charged.
Beware of price before getting your services.
I m very disappointed.

Tan does my nails and usually does a great job, but the last time I got a fill-in and gel polish, the polish peeled off the very next day. I have gotten two pedicures here, and they were awful each time. I gave them
second chance, thinking it was the tech. With a different tech, the shape was way off and she didn’t polish my entire toenail and got an attitude when I asked her to fix it. I won’t be back, unfortunately.

What a pleasant surprise! I was running errands and decided I really wanted to get a mani and pedi. I was headed to Publix and unknowingly stepped in just before close. They graciously said it was fine. The lady who did my nails was adept, and I was very pleased. This is only my 2nd nail experience since Covid. The 1st was at a new salon, and the technician was a novice.) Facility was surprisingly clean for right before closing. Will definitely go back.Services: Pedicure

I went there on Friday and they were nice but the pedicures at this place are horrible. They don’t scrub your feet to remove the cal-us and I paid for the royal treatment. They barely removed my cuticles. I won’t be back. When I did say something she said she did and the massage and nail service was quick and not relaxing. It just felt rushed
