I have been a client for over 20+ years and have not had any issues with the services at Don Janelle's. My daughter is now old enough to receive the services and she is pleased. Over the years, co-workers, church members, and friends have complimented us on our hair. Beyond the salon care services, we continue to take care of our own hair at home until we are able to make an appointment. Recently, I discovered I had breast cancer. Knowing this would result in hair loss due to chemotherapy, I consulted the owner (my stylist) regarding the next step. Within a few days, I had my cranial prosthesis. Wow!! Returning to work the next day--I had several compliments from co-workers, friends, family, and church members about how great I looked but especially how natural the cranial prosthesis looked--they could not tell it was not my original hair. She prepared and styled it just like I would my own hair. I have no issues with Don-Janelle's. Speak with the owner and give them an opportunity to serve you.

My experience with Don- janelle turned out to be disaster, terrible I had a weave at this shop. The hair that was used on my head was not what it was originally represented to be the hair began to tangle and be unmanageable. it was represented as 100% human hair. My hair looks terrible I had to cut all my hair off it is really heart breaking to think that you are spending your money with a stylist and they are taking your money and not taking care of your hair .My hair looks like hell! it is highly damaged every week there has been a issue with this weave. I do not suggest anyone to do business with this shop when it comes to the hair weave my personal experience has been terrible. Also be very careful when joining the hair club this club you can not get out of the only reason I was able to is because I explained to the company my damages and also threaten to sue. I am very unhappy with the work done at Donjaneee's I rate them with a very low score, pass them by. At one time maybe they did good work but not now and my hair was done by the owner. Maybe she was good when she was in her prime but you have to know when to retrain your skills. Also become time manageable do not have your customer sitting and waiting while you are talking and hollering at your grandchildren. Now I am spending more money to correct this damage.
