I visited dollar tree on Thursday, October 5,2023 @ 3:06 pm. The line was long so the lead, supervisor, or manager came out of the office to open up another register to assist the 1 cashier that was serving other customers. I proceeded to get in the new line that was opened & there was a gentleman in front of me who purchased & paid for his items & the cashier or whatever her position was there greeted him with courtesy & asked him how was he doing like normal greeting of an individual but when it was my turn she never looked at or acknowledged me or said a word of greeting to me. The only thing she said was the total of my purchase. It was as if I didn’t exist or matter and it really hurt my feelings because I felt like she only greeted male customers and did not acknowledge female customers for whatever reason. I shop at Dollar Tree every week & I have never encountered anything but excellent customer service until today. I will continue to shop there but whoever that lady was who served me today needs retraining on how to treat customers

Our store location is one that you people will appreciate because the store manager and managers or eager to be helpful when needed..Morelike walma6and other retail stores there's going to be a wait and if you aren't patient then it's your decision to leave your items with our cashiers instead of placing hem thru the ails...This is your area far as living and shopping so we ask you to help us help you to make it a better place and work environment for all of us..Thank you!
