This store could be great. The manager customer service skills is not the best and she willing to risk her job is distasteful.I have came to this store and bias response was told . Furthermore, cash app is down and suggest that I go to another. the manager have her employee lying as well like ……is it that serious to load a card. This store is literally 2 minutes away and I had to drive 13 minutes away to another dollar general. They just continue to say the system down which not true because all DG would be down. I also know it would prompt when down due to I use to be a manager myself. However, when asked can they show I was denied and told the system down. Do to the numerous times I been there , it just sucks that you being lied too and the employees stating they don’t accept due to scammers and fake money. I suggest a new manager and training again. It’s not hard the company will be ok on losses just do your job. The manager knowing and teaching bad habit shows a lot. Nothing will change unless example is made. Misguided trust is the number one thing thing with employees.

The manager is very unprofessional. She keeps bringing her child to work who runs all over the store, and she’s not overseeing the cashier who don’t know what he is doing.

This store is a disgrace & horrible. Things are all in the isles to where you can barely walk down. The cashier was constantly on her phone trying to handle customers. The sad part was there were no bags to bag your items. I had to carry everything out in my hands. This store needs better management.

This store seems to open and close when they feel like it. They have been closed the past 2 or 3 times I've been there during regular business hrs. It can't be to restock the shelves because there is never anything in stock.Customer service is absolute trash.Would not recommend anyone go there.
