If you plan on opening an account and going in person to a branch, then in my experience the people are helpful. If you use the mobile app for checking your balance then likewise there should be no problems. But if you intend to use the app for things like check deposits then know that it's a nightmare to use and frequently won't allow you to make deposits. It astonishes me that Delta would offer a product this bad. Problems have persisted and nothing is done about them.

Started off a bit rocky with them assuring me we could open our business account same day, before we made the drive, just to arrive and be told it takes 5 business days. However, got a call later from Nikkita saying she was staying late (on a Friday) to get everything done and the acct. was actually opened same day. Still have to make an extra trip to get the opening deposit to them but impressed with an employee staying late on a Friday to help a customer. Thanks Nikkita = )

I stopped by this branch for assistance and Quintavis was the representative assisting me. I came in to the branch close to closing time and although no one wanted to assist me, he was able to assist me with what I needed. Very appreciative!

The transfer transaction that I initiated 5 day ago, still hasn't been processed. And they locked me out of online banking. This sucks!!!

I'm very pleased to say I had a great experience today at the Delta community bank. I was greeted by Derwin a very pleasant young Man he handled my transaction very discreetly, sufficiently and was impeccably through. I was also helped by Patrick he was also very helpful and kind. It was certainly refreshing to get the customer service Derwin and Patrick provided it's something that's very hard to come by nowadays.

I woke up early Saturday morning with fraud on my Savings account. I called customer service and was advised to visit my local branch to close and reopen my account because they cannot do it over the phone. I asked if I needed an appointment, they said due to the nature of the fraud to handle it in person and no appointment was necessary. After a 20 minute drive to the Decatur Branch, I was turned away due to not having an appointment. If I had predicted this fraud days earlier, I would have booked an appointment. 6 hours later, 4 customer service representatives and a visit to a local branch and NOTHING has been resolved. It is a holiday weekend and my hands are tied until Tuesday. Customer service at an all time low.

This branch is useless for cash deposits. For the last four months I have had to go to another branch as they refuse to physically count the coins. You have to put in a machine and use the slip--but the machine is always broken. Being a business, I have to redo the Quickbooks deposits if I can't deposit coins so it reconciles. It is ridiculous a bank won't take coins. I would not recommend DCCU for businesses. Maybe they can only handle personal banking, but not business--and we are small.

Just opened several accounts and recieved the most excellent service. Patrick helped me open my accounts. He was thorough, informative and kind. He took his time and continued to provide exemplary service even after they had closed. Patrick created a plesant banking experience that motivates me to reccomend others to visit this location!

horrific. took three checks made out to my business and myself. rejected them and bounced my account w/ no notification. I could not pay my mortgage or cancer treatment.

Whenever I call the reps can never seem to help me. Either they lack basic product knowledge (can I make a payment in the branch at no cost?) Or they cannot help link an external account successfully and they can't be explain why. If it wasn't for the great rates...I would close my account.
