I worked with them on an order recently, and it did not turn out as expected. I provided an image, and asked for their assistance in choosing shirt color, design, etc. and told them I could send in a better image, if necessary. I was never given any reason to worry about what we were printing, and they recommended the shirt color and printing colors. When I picked up my order (contact less pickup), I was really disappointed to see that the image was so dark it was indiscernible. This issue was never communicated with me, and didn't look like the proof I had previously received. The shirts were even 2 different colors, which was also never communicated. 2 emails and phone calls were completely ignored.

Decatur screen print is a local printing shop that came with mixed reviews from work colleagues. I decided to try them out since they are local, and as of 6/1/2022 have yet to receive my t-shirt order fully. We ordered shirts for our choir, which need to match, and instead of calling me to let me know the shirt color was not available in all sizes needed, picked another color for some sizes and printed our design on them. I picked them up as soon as they were done (but after the store closed and it was the weekend), so I could not even get in touch with someone once I opened the box and realized what they’d done. I had to email and call and finally go back to the store several days later to talk to someone. Excuses were made and eventually they offered to reprint the shirts in all the sizes we paid for on another color so the choir would match. Just went to pick up the reprinted order, and they did not include all of our sizes that we paid for in the original order. I am severely disappointed in this company, because we gave them plenty of lead time for the order to be completed and paid for the shirts. We can’t even get through on the phone because the voicemail is full. Now I’ve got disappointed teenagers and still either need a refund for this order or for them to quickly get us our shirts before we leave for our trip on Sunday.

10/10 would recommend Decatur Screen Print for any and every tshirt design. First and foremost the quality was perfect and consistent throughout.Secondly Sam, made sure that I knew what quality shirt I wanted to print on and showed me options. This I really appreciated because I want this to be peoples’ favorite shirt for comfort as well as design.On top of that, they COMMUNICATED. I myself, missed a couple of emails and checked my email days later to see that they were very quick in responding. I was even scared that my delayed response would push the time that the shirts were done. But Nope. He told me a day and stuck with it. (This isn’t an okay for people to not check their emails).There’s a lot more I can say, but honestly just go and see for yourself. :)

These guys are awesome! The staff is friendly, the pricing very reasonable and they got my print job done quickly. One of the things I liked best was their communication, I was kept informed about my screen printing job every step of the way. We will definitely use them for our team shirts next year!!
