I am so disappointed and upset with the events leading to this review. I found out yesterday that I did not have coverage for my home. I called State Farm customer service, the rep got in touch with underwriting and discovered they requested documentation from DeAndre and he did not provide it. It has been over 30 days without coverage, now State Farm wants to charge me $3K more to be covered because of the lapse.

DeAndre' Mathis State Farm provided me with excellent and professional service today. I Went online to do a much needed quote for renters' insurance and was called by the Agent for follow up almost immediately. Prompt and courteous service is always a plus. This location is highly recommended!

Terrible agent! We experienced a full loss of our house due to floodingand a downed tree. The estimated value only covered %70 of the actual costs to re-build back to the condition prior to the flooding and the downed tree. We had to pay an additional $45k out of pocket to get the home back into the same condition. Deandre undervalued the house which caused the undervalue of the estimate. I don't think the real life knowledge and experience is there.
