I was very happy with this tax office. I worked with Charlie and he was very pleasant to work with. I was referred to this office and I was hesitant as I have never paid for tax preparer services but it worked out and I will likely return annually.

The manager/ owner is awful. I came in for my appointment and had to wait by the door till she was ready. She proceeds to question me, I let her know I have an appointment. She becomes very belligerent which I have no idea why. She talked about my appointment and why my tax guy is not here or should be here! Let’s just say she is terrible and doesn’t need to own a business. She cannot be professional. She has a bad temper. I cannot say how much awful human being she is.

let’s see I’m not even sure where to begin. I walk in to make an appointment a woman opens the door after making us wait by the door in the hot sun. She is automatically rude and disrespectful. I didn't understand why. Before even asking to make an appointment she starts questioning me about various things and I let her know all I’m here is to make an appointment with a guy named Charlie that my friend recommend it. She becomes very disrespectful and rude. She listens to mg conversation with a friend that I’m having privately then when I tell her I’m talking to my friend she tells me to get out that she is the owner. Welcome to black owned business. Never coming back.

Charlie English is the best. He will get you the highest refund possible. They are pretty quick with getting you seen in a timely manner.
