An amazing pharmacist that knows her business and has helped me not take medications that should not be taken together.

The ladies in the back have the worst attitude I’m watching them deal with customers the worst way like they’re itching for an argument but what’s worst is the lady pharmacist with the short wig is just standing there saying nothing save yourself the disrespect drive past this one

Inept, unhelpful pharmacist. Did not have prescription, did not know when they would have supply. Did nothing to help find drug from another CVS. Was dismissive and seemed like she couldn't care less. Horrible. Like a third-world joke facility. Will NEVER go back. Have been using this CVS since 1999.

I have lived near last 4 years. It will never meet your expectations: every aspect will fail you; staff, the waiting time, professionalism, medicine stocks, cleanliness, and communication. I wish I can give them ZERO STAR if I could.

This afternoon, around 1pm, my wife and I went into this store to pick up a couple items. We've lived in the location near to this store for more than 25 years. My wife pointed a type of lotion I needed for my skin and I picked it up, wanting to smell it to make sure the smell wasn't offensive, before I purchased it. When I opened the top to smell it, some of it oozed out on the sides. I closed the top at that point and wiped the sides off with my hands, to avoid leaving a mess. The cashier whose name starts with "A", called out in the store from the cash register, as if we were children, (we are in our early 60's) "EXCUSE ME! EXCUSE ME! No sampling in this store!" We immediately told her that was NOT what we were doing but trying to wipe the lotion off the sides to avoid making a mess. We waited until we picked up several other items and then went to the register to address her rude behavior. Even at this, she NEVER once apologized. To make it even worse, her B.O. (body odor) was offensive. I hope someone will pull her aside and coach her on being polite to customers, and utilizing soap, water, and deodorant. (To work with the public, in a drugstore, there is NEVER any acceptable excuse for rudeness & for offensive body odor - the store has plenty of soap & deodorant) UPDATE: The store manager reached out, apologizing about my experience and even gave us a gift card.
