I had them install a refrigerant rack, nitrogen tank holder, oxygen & acetylene tank holder, power break, trailer hitch & light plug connectors in my Chevy Express. The service was excellent & everybody in there was very helpful. I highly recommend them, they did a top-notch job.

I've been working with Cricket Campers for about 4 months now as they have been completing a large project for us, and I am constantly impressed by their quality of work and customer service. I purchased a ladder rack for my 2016 ProMaster and had them install it. They seemed really nice and answered any question I asked. The only downside was I had to adjust the top where the ladder sits myself. This is something I would have expected them to do but I don't think it should affect the amount of stars. The was friendly and I purchased the ladder rack and had it installed for the same price other competitors were trying to sell just the rack for!! Amazing deal.

They had what I wanted in stock however is was a couple hundred more than online. The people there were quite rude from the beginning. I seen several GA DOT trucks so I'm assuming they'd just rather deal with the big accounts they can charge high fee for versus dealing with regular customers. I spent over a grand there and they gave us the wrong kit. Called them guy was extremely rude and hung up. Called manufacturer who suggested them to me and let them know the deal. They are sending the correct hardware kit and apologized and apologized for their distributor cricket camper apparently they have received several complaints with them
