I wasn't sure what to do since there was a cash withdrawal limit but they helped me work out a plan to use a cashier's check and meet there to do the transaction, which I couldn't do elsewhere because of limits on shared branch cashier's checks.”

He answered all of my questions and he was very polite. The funny thing about the whole experience is that I found out that he was the branch manager at the end of our interaction.
