Went for a physical, great working staff. My only suggestion is that the higher ups get better computer technology their system is getting a bit outdated for the times, which does definitely effect the efficiency of uploading documents to cloud.

The people that I encounter with were very respectful. Customer service was really great the nurse and the doctor were very nice to me and took care of my needs thank you. Happy holidays

My experience was very pleasant it was a bit crowded when I arrived. However the young lady at the front Mrs. Suzette apologized for the delay and was very polite and respectful. Upon being called in the back the gentleman that took my vitals was also polite and apologetic in regards to the wait. Overall I had a very pleasant and respectful visit.

Had to get an observer to watch me release my urine into a cup and she did her job. Never take blood pressure medicine as it will cancel out your results and the company is going to ask someone to observe you. Never have I had this done before and I was shaking all over the place, yet imagine how they must feel to stand in, observe and touch urine all day.Job well done and properly handled

I was the first patient there. I arrived at 7:31AM and didn't get seen until almost 9AM. Too make a long story short. I believe that they were looking to fail me on my DOT physical. Rushing through my exam. The lady didn't even use gloves when she checked me for a hernia. She busted in and was like just drop your draws. I believe that I am do a retest.

They staff were super nice and professional. However the wait times are super long regardless of the time of day. I waited over an hour just to get my TB skin checked. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going on your lunch break (Not that I did)

I erased a whole paragraph to simply say this. If you have a usual place to aquire your DOT physical go there. I give them 2 stars for thoroughness.

My first time visiting due to flu. Everyone was nice, attentive and thorough with me and did a great job in showing their concern for people as I can see they are in for right reasons. Would recommend if you can't get to your PCP. Glad I went.

Customer service was pretty good from intake to service provider for job drug screening. Lobby area is small and seats fill up fast with people waiting for service. Arrive early to complete paperwork. Bring bottled water to sip on during your wait so that you’re ready when they call you back.

I wanted to share how amazing the front desk clerk Kaila handled the large crowd (every chair was taken) she greeted every patient ( in person or via phone) have warmth and kindness along with a beautiful smile! She made the wait tolerable. Once I got in the back my EMT DJ with professional, kind and easy to talk to.. Great experience!!!!

They would not listen to what was going on with me. My doctor told me I had a herniated disk and I should be very careful about when I should return to work and how many hrs I work. My company told me to come here and even though my doctor did an mri and I had a diagnosis they said it's a muscle pain and the work release they wrote up said I could work 8hrs. Little hard to work 8 hrs when I can't walk after 5.

I give 4 1/2 stars only because the wait time was a bit long for a drug screening but overall the service was great. I have no complaints.

For the amount of people they serviced it went pretty fast. She told me that it would be a two hour wait and I don’t recall if it even took that long, however, I continuously moved thru the facility.and labs

My experience was good. Professional staff with smiles. However, the wait time could have been faster and the waiting area was small. Some people had to stand. Due to the amount of people arriving around the same time.
