My daughter lives there it is decent management is allowing anyone to move in smoking weed all day , not being employed teens walking all night. When my daughter moved in back in 2010 it was really nice a lot has changed.

My experience with Columbia Village has been awesome. I was told a date when the unit will be ready and I received a call on that date. The application process was easy and fast. Great customer service and nice community. Ready to be apart of Columbia Village community. Thanks Ms. Erica and Ms. Van.

Did a tour of the townhouse or duplexes. It was a very nice place and the units are being renovated. It has restrictions that are necessary in order to have quality leasers. My turn will be soon...

Do not move here when you move out they talk about you and your kids to each other not knowing residents here them and recorded it I heard everything so unprofessional!!!! They have so many ants they dnt fix nothing. They have no respect for your privacy

I love what they are doing for the tennis there they keep it clean they make sure the tenants apartments are up to standard they are renovating for the tenants there and it is a great place to live I would love to live there the security cameras are all around the gates they keep them operating so it would be a great place to live
