Great community and facilities. Abbey, the owner, is really passionate about creating a good experience for members. I’ve been training with Nicole and she has been great. I’ve seen huge gains in my strength since starting with her 5 months ago.

I love Clarity. Everyone on staff is super kind and helpful, and the facilities are nice and clean. But by far my favorite part of Clarity is personal training with Bryan. I’ve seen him twice a week for about 6 months now, and he’s honestly changed my life. I’ve previously worked with trainers who were so focused on aesthetics and numbers that I was pushed to injury. Bryan will adapt to whatever goals you have, but for me he’s been perfect at focusing on how to properly heal past injuries and avoid future ones by gaining strength in a thoughtful, balanced way. I’ve never been so strong, and it’s happened in a safe, supportive, and sustainable way. Just can’t say enough good things. Thanks, Bryan!

It’s a great gym. It’s not full of crazy gym people and the equipment is always available and super clean. Everyone is really sweet and Jon is a 10/10 personal trainer. I’ve seen amazing results.

I started taking classes at Clarity Fitness a few months ago after a long search for a group fitness gym and I love it there! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The instructors have all been knowledgeable and motivating without being aggressive. I particularly like the "In the Zone - Strength and Conditioning" class that Jon teaches. The workouts are challenging, but modifiable for all levels, and I love that he mixes it up week after week. The playlists are also on-point!

Clarity is just amazing! On top of being one of the very few gyms in the area that has clean and welcoming facilities, they also care about each and every member. I have always had a positive experience while working out here, and they have a lot of different spaces for weight training, cardio, mobility, etc. They create an uplifting environment to train, and I always feel confident here!

I have been teaching breathwork class at Clarity since October 2022. I can't express enough how grateful I am to be part of their team. The working environment is very empowering. Abbey is very supportive and she is successfully bring her team together to live from the heart and to share our message to Clarity community, that everyone is valued and enough.

I am one of the Group Ex instructors for yoga here at Clarity and I absolutely love our community :) We make sure everybody (in every body!) feels completely welcome to be themselves without the pressures of weight loss, shaping, etc. We believe fitness is not about how you look, but how you FEEL. I found Clarity on IG and sent in a request for more info. God bless Amelia’s patient heart! I had to reschedule my free walk through a few times because of my work schedule. She politely texted to check in with me until I scheduled a Friday Yoga Rejuvenate class. TJ conducted my walk-through tour and did an amazing job telling me about the gym equipment and facilities. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the environment was body positive. 10/10, highly recommend!

This is by far my most favorite gym I’ve ever been too. It’s not big but it has all the equipment you might need. It’s usually not too crowded, it’s super clean and the staff is extremely nice. If you’re looking for a gym with a positive, relaxing atmosphere without the whole “no pain no gain” shtick, this is the place for you!
