I have passed by this store millions of times but never stopped. We stopped because my son had a gift card sooooo we stopped in. I honestly had low to no expectations. I was very impressed at the customer service. It was at its best.
Very helpful with suggestions.
Pleasantly surprised of the entire experience.

Might as well close this mfer down, no one greets customers, everyone too busy with their face in their phones, but as I left said “have a good day” well what about greeting me when I entered the store instead!?

Walked In I was looked at up and down and not greeted but the 3 women associates continued their conversation as if I wasn’t there when I was coming for an online pick up that was already paid for. Just nasty attitudes. I will never visit this store again.

I found some very nice shoes for my daughter at a reasonable price and the sales associate that assisted us was phenomenal. I was blown away by how polite, patient, and knowledgeable she was. But to be honest I always receive quality service anytime I go to this store. City Gear has become one of my top stores to go to when I’m looking for a nice pair of shoes.

My shoes were delivered to the wrong address so I never received them. Now it's taking FOREVER for the process to begin for a refund.Edit- My shoes were found and sent to me!!! Thank You!!!

Placed in-store order for daughter shoes for going back to school and waiting 4 business days with no call, then I called the store and was told order couldn’t be fulfilled ??♂️ now I have to drive back in this atlanta traffic to get a refund!!
