The manger was very unprofessional , her attitude was so rude and nasty for absolutely no reason at all. She denied me from exchanging shoes that I bought from a different location only because she stated that she did sell the shoes in that store. And for the record they were New Balances 550. So then I asked the manager for corporate and her district manger contact information, and she also denied giving me that as well by saying that she didn’t no it.

Visited today!Kyree & Steve took very good care of me! Anyone who knows me, know tennis shoes aren't my thing, but they were very helpful, patient, PROFESSIONAL AND fun to work with. Provided, I need a shoe in the future, I'll be sure to come back because of them!

I ordered two of the same shoes they sent me the wrong shoe which made my son disappointed had to run around desperately trying to find a shoe to replace/trade for the wrong shoe horrible never will I order shoes offline with hibbits
