Customer service is always pleasant when I shop here. The workers always greet you upon entering the store and make sure they offer assistance.

Thanks to city gear loyalty reward program i was able to get the shoes i wanted. The staff us so excellent in South Dekalb mall. The experience of walking in, showing my id and paying and leaving was a big plus. Everyone was polite and moved quickly. Thanks city gear.

It was terrible, the shoes I wanted was coming from another store and the sales lady said I should get them in 3 to 5 days. When I went back a week later the shoes were unavailable although they still was available at the other store. The sale team was nothing but kind and did what they could to accommodate me. My blame is with the company and the false advertisement of those shoes.
