I came on Wednesday and filled my tank using pay at the pump which costs between $30-40. They drew $75 and it showed pending as it usually does. Today on Friday the transaction has finally changed from pending to settled but the amount is still saying $75 which means you guys stole my money. You have 24 hours to tender payment or I am taking all applicable equitable action. Non Response will be interpreted as default judgement in my favor. Take it for a joke if you want to.UPDATE: FTC Complaint Filed, Notice Of Subrogation Filed, Demand For Default Judgement Filed. You Were Given 24 Hours To Comply And You Were Warned.

The store never has any thing in stock that I want I've went past the store multiple times to try to make a purchase and they never have the item in stock. I don't know who's doing the ordering but they need to get a new manager

Caveat - I'm not a gas station person. I don't buy cigarettes, drink sodas ($.89) or coffee, play the lottery or eat hot dogs ($2). I would consider their coconut water, aloe juice & salads. But you have to pay for that convenience, so I don't walk in a gas station unless the cash price for gas is cheaper. That's what brought me to Circle K! Location - It's a new gas station, clean and brightly lit with plenty of pumps and parking. The A/C is ice-cold & it's well stocked! Customer service - The staff is friendly and helpful. Not including the time, the "system was down" and we all had to wait outside in 95-degree heat (or in your car if you had enough gas left to run A/C) for 10 minutes. I'm sure it was a one-off... Gas Prices - Regular gas is $4.29 (6-13-22). That's the cash price cause we're in the hood. I live here so I can say that! Because the "system was down" we could either pay an extra 5 cents per gallon at the pump using a card or bake in the hot sun for 10-15 minutes to pay cash inside & save 45 cents. Of course, I waited, it's the principal! Circle K's cash price is 10 cents cheaper than the Shell across the street which doesn't even honor their own fuel rewards program! It's 20 cents cheaper than the high crime gas stations closer to I-20 (South DeKalb Mall) & 40 cents cheaper than the Shell on Panthersville! The gas stations 10 minutes away on Moreland are also $4.69 per gallon respectively. Circle K gets my vote every time, cash in hand!

I am normally a regular customer, I stop going after the CSR Rahim called me the b word under his breath, he is very rude and needs to be fired. Rude is not the way to business! He is not for this job his anger is out of control. Circle k fix it

Always clean and friendly. I feel safer here than across the street. Parking can sometimes be an issue.

A convenience store/gas station that is on a major route (Glenwood) near my boyfriend's house. It opened up in late 2019. While it is quite new, I have already run into issue with machines being damaged. That is quite sad. From my couple of visits, it seems that they have enough tanks to service the crowd that they get. And the prices are reasonable - definitely MUCH better than my side of town. A quite non-shady place to get gas along this stretch.
