They force you to watch ads while you pump. The contactless and mobile app payment scanners rarely work. They're more expensive than others in the area. Wouldn't recommend.

I have been coming to this gas station for years. Apparently one of the last times I was in, the cashier says my card had been declined, but it wasn't caught till I had left. Well today as I was using my card, so hit cancel entering my pin. I appologise and she brings up this last time I was unaware of. I don't know how it wasn't caught at the time and I would of been happy to resolve the issue as we did today if it actually happened. I use to come here regularly, but if I am going to be accused of trying to get by on a gas station for $8 I will take my buisness elsewhere even if this station is convenient to me.

I went to this Chevron Food Mart several days ago and had very rude customer service from the man behind the counter. I was very angry when I left the store and will never go there again. I also remembered that this same man had been been rude last year when I happened to shop there. I've only been there twice so this is not a good track record for either him or the managers who seem clueless or who just don't care. Secret shoppers can always let managers know how their employees are treating customers.

Had my credit card info swiped after buying gas here. Got a notification a few days after buying gas that someone had used my card at a Shell, which I had not been to in months. Every other place I had been to recently was somewhere I have been going for months.

Has the new gas pumps with the video player in them. The mute button has been remapped to cancel the transaction without warning. No button can mute these intrusive advertisements.
