I went here with my 2 aunts, and I gotta say THIS branch on Hairston is one of the worst branches in history.The workers are half baked on how to initiate proper banking, and the manager of this location is NEVER available or in the office to train, and IF she is in the office, she is gone in a few hours. How on Gods green earth are you managing a bank branch being absent?Your waiting to be helped longer than the damn manager is in the office.In the end... all the workers are not to blame because they dont have a strong, knowledgeable leader. Maybe someone else can lead and get this branch back on top of Chase Standards of professionalism and banking knowledge.They took the time to renovate but missed the mark on renovating customer service and banking know-how.

When I enter my local branch. I receive a wonderful hello. So glad, when I go to the tellers counter they address me by my name, before the transaction. So nice and welcoming.

As most always, the customer service at Chase cannot be compared by any other financial institution in the forth plus years as a banking customer. I have been a member with Chase for nearly a decade now and no other bank had treated me with such respect. Chase treats Veterans better than the V. A , and has compassion and empathy perfected towards people with disabilities, senior citizens and people of a lesser social economic status. They truly exude what human decency is and that all of us deserve quality banking services

I went to this location to inquire about an old account . I was waiting to speak to a banker before I was rudely interrupted by a cashier , the branch manager at that location is very dismissive . I watched her send 3-4 people home to schedule an appointment even though the banker was willing to see them . The branch manager DOES not lack any customer service skills . The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the patience of the banker and his willing to help .

The bank manager-Sabrina (I think) is absolutely appalling and has a nasty attitude with her customers. She has no customer service skills and has no idea how to run this bank and keep customers happy. I have closed both of my bank accounts after coming in on multiple occasions and being treated and talked to SO disrespectfully. This woman has no business running this bank and I will NEVER do business with CHASE BANK EVER AGAIN! Lazy lazy lazy employees!!!!!!!

The manager of this bank gave maximum red tape today to avoid witnessing a document and I've come multiple times in the past and needed staff is never there. Very unhelpful with all the runaround. I heard someone else ask for help behind me and they tried to send the person online... After they already are in the bank waiting, instead of help them get it done and THEN tell them how to do it online for future reference. If it wasn't for the fact that the men who handle banking and private client banking at the NORTH Hairston branch provide me proper Chase customer service and the fact that the Chase cards work when I'm overseas without issue, I would have closed my bank accounts today and took my money elsewhere. But I know this branch is the anomaly and the branch needs to be shut down.So instead I took my paperwork to the competitor Wells Fargo down the street where I had not yet closed my account and got my document notarized with zero delay and zero drama. It did not have to be notarized it could have been only witnessed but instead of trying to avoid notarizing it she just put the stamp in the Additional Info box like someone who cares about helping the customer not finding every possible way not to, would do.That woman at this South Hairston branch seems spiteful and rude and to literally dislike customers. I see from the Google Maps reviews I'm not the only one with this problem with her. I will now have to drive further away to do anything because I'm not coming back to this nasty-attitude branch. And I'm sending a complaint to Chase corporate as well because they almost lost a customer today (along with my husband and child's accounts because where i go, they go) because of this branch's piss poor management. Outside of their ATM i will not be back.

I don’t recommend this bank because the people there are very rude I had a scheduled appointment waited a whole week and then they called me the date of to cancel my appointment and then wouldn’t even be able to fit me in. They have nobody else to schedule appointments or to open an account they are just unprofessional and don’t care about their customers
