DO NOT go here to cash your check! They charge you $10 to cash a check from THEIR BANK! NEVER in my 31 years on this Earth have I ever heard a bank charging that much to cash their own check! Disgraceful!

Spoke with a lady that answered the phone. She said her name is Jennifer. I was calling to set an appt to open a business account. And that’s what I told her. She immediately said “do it online I’m busy right now” verbatim. I couldn’t believe it. I actually already tried to open it online but their system gave me several error messages and thought I’d do it in person instead. No thank you. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Definitely the worst drive-thru experience I had at a bank! I didn't think it could get bad but due to COVID, I started using the drive-thru tellers mainly by force and I've just gotten accustomed to the process. I use the drive-thru at several banks in several parts of town and this by far is the LONGEST WAIT EVER. There was a car ahead of me when I arrived and I didn't leave until 30 mins earlier. If you have time to waste and plenty of patience, continue to go here.Then I figured, maybe feedback would be helpful for the next customer and the young lady complained to me that I complained to her... Baffling and frankly terrible customer service! If this wasn't for my business account, I'd switch banks. Instead, I'm switching locations.
