They have poor customer service. My husband and I needed to handle some business with one of the bankers. A teller greeted us and then told us to sit and wait. A however once all of the bankers became available, one decided to make a phone damn and the other two started chatting with each other. None of them spoke to us and we sat there for 30 minutes without acknowledging us. At that point we left. Nothing was said as we left. Will not be back to this branch.

I went into this chase branch with my mother to remove my fathers name from their account since my dad passed. The woman at her desk talked with a mask and I couldn’t hear her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she said sharply she was in the middle of something and be with us when she was finished. She then proceeded to have a 10 minute conversation with a coworker who was dancing. The woman we spoke to had no desire to help up. I will never go to that branch again. So rude and unprofessional. We walked out.

The associate by the name of DeJanaey Florence is racist, rude, and so unprofessional. If I could give this branch a negative 0 I would. Chase bank hire better employees with better customer service. It’s the 21st century you can definitely go an extra step to make your clients feel appreciated. I don’t know who hired her. She needs customer service classes ASAP!!!!

This is the most wonderful bank I have ever experienced (Chase or otherwise). The interior is spacious and clean but not stale or intimidating. The customer service was sincere and everyone I spoke to was so kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this branch more highly. I needed to change the name on my cards (a dang process) and they made it an enjoyable experience. 10 out of 10!

Mr. McGill here helped us setup new accounts for my wife. He went above and beyond to help us set it up and explained every questions that i had in my mind in an easy, efficient and professional fashion. I strongly recommend this chase branch to anyone looking for faster, friendly and efficient staff. Thank you :)

Place is terrible. I go in with a fraudulent transaction on my card. After being on the phone with some automated BS for an hour,(waste-of-time). I go in 5 people nobody greets you. Young kids that work there all on there facebooks, IG. They tell me knowone there can help. Need to call the 800#.Place has as much customer servive as a bus-stop. Terrible!

GO TO TOCO HILLS OR EMORY! Without a doubt the worst location I’ve had the misfortune to do business with. Good luck getting a Medallion Stamp (every branch should have one on staff m-f during business hours) or even just something notarized, which literally even UPS can do.They never answer the phone. I called two days in a row to ask about the medallion stamp, no answer. Each time I went in, they were not in office. My final attempt worked, but not without unneeded confusion or stress. Get there, wait in long line because they’re understaffed as always, no problem with that, but when I finally get to the front the young girl tries to tell me she’s not sure they do that. I tell her they do and she goes to get someone. She then comes back and ask if she can take my number, have me wait in the car, so they can clear the branch and lock the door after helping the people that have come in after me (about 5 or 6 new people), then bring me back in. I’m pretty confused overall and ask why I can’t just wait inside while they clear the line. She says they have to totally clear the branch, so I can’t be in. Alright, I leave my number, go to my car, but as I’m waiting I realize people are still coming in. I go back in, and a guy at a desk ask if he can help, and immediately does the stamp.Nothing makes sense at this branch. Just go to a more competent location. The parking lot has 3 non-handicapped parking spots.

I have to say Jakevia was an absolute pleasure and blessing working with today on several issues I've had. She has been the first, and I do mean the first in 5 years to take the time to look into resolving the issues. Chase needs many more employees to follow her footsteps! She just simply did her job and spoke with kindness, and looking for ways to help me bank better with Chase. She not only made the sourness of numerous employees and Chase Support via Twitter from the past 4 days go away, but she made my personal life a little better too. When I walked in she had spilt her bottled Coke and when I left it happened again. So when I left I went and bought her a new one just as a small token. Chase needs to give her some sort of bonus though! Thank you Jakevia!
