Sierra is a gem! The location at Southlake was giving me such a hard time with an exchange on infant sneakers that my baby never wore. Sierra looked up my account and helped me exchange the same shoe for a bigger size with no issues! Will be coming back to this location

Worse champs sports. Extremely bad customer service Representative Trib Smith. refused to assist with looking up receipt acted very lazy in just doing her job. Do not shop there you will regret it.
