Don't ever go to this Cash America They won't even hold your layaway for 24 hours when you tell them you're coming in to make a payment they'll just take it and pull it and put it right on the shelf, on top of that they'll make you an offer and then another employee will come up back and go back on their word and tell you they don't take etc or they can't make that offer. Bunch of two-faced double speaking lying know nothings. You're better off going to one closer into the city and one who keeps a their word and doesn't betray a loyal customer or who doesn't contradict themselves. They say they don't deal on computer accessories yet they got computer printers monitors joysticks and PC battery backup stations, so they don't even know what they're dealing with cause they don't know what they're selling. That's how ill-informed they are, they've had something sitting on the shelf forever holding on to it like it's a museum piece let it collect dust. They'll most definitely take outdated equipment like a Nintendo Wii u or really old tools or a 2016 computer but nothing that's a computer accessory that came out in 2022 or 2023 they don't deal in that. So they definitely don't know what sales and what's valuable. Because on top of that they've had the same bikes in there for about 3 to 4 months. They've got some really old outdated TVs and Bluetooth speakers, they LOVE taking in trash like that. As well as some really extremely useless mini fridges, But they can't take a RGB gaming touch screen keyboard.

I've pawned items at this location 7 years ago and the environment was friendly and professional. I went a week ago and experienced nothing but ghetto attitudes and unprofessionalism here. Low quotes on two newly bought TVs and told the screen size matters. They were 55' and a 43' but offered well under $60 for each. I called to see about my new gaming hp, placed on hold for a ridiculously long time just for the female to come back on the line up place me on another hold. I told them it have a disability and needed rates over the phone. In a very impolite manner, she said no quotes and hung up. Do not waste your time here. They treat you like you're nothing to them and will hang up or place you on hold if you call with questions.

Neicy over at Stonecrest Location off of Panola Rd. has assisted me to the fullest. She has a very welcoming attitude and compliments being in the front. Customer service at this location is a 5⭐️ rating. Also while entering the smell is remarkable!!! I love the cleanliness… Keep it up! I’m original Ga Peach from Decatur, the customer service care has gone down tremendously, however being able to walk into a clean establishment with outstanding customer service, says it all!! If everyone was more like this location!!!

I love this cash America branch at panola Rd and Covington hwy, the staffs there are wonderful especially Antonio he is such an excellent sale person ,He definitely deserves a next level position at cash America Pawn

When you walk into the pawn shop you already here the staff talking unappropriate and then when you get to the counter they ask you. Have you been here before or have you pawned this item here before and you said yes a couple of times. I pawn it here before and the young lady asked me. Is it okay that she scrape it put acid on it to check and see if it's real? I guess I'm like okay. You know you haven't scrape it before, but as long as you don't damage it, it's fine and she said it's not guaranteed. Well, I haven't signed any disclosure about it being guaranteed or not But like I said, as long as you don't damage it so she did all her scanning scraping dipping in the acid. Whatever she did come back and said that it would not pass because the charm is green. Well I didn't see none, she agree it's been pawned twice already through the same company. You looked it up and seen the same thing. Well they didn't scrape it back in 2021 is 2023 now we scrape she said! It doesn't matter y'all whether y'all dipping in acid or however you did it. You verify it was real and that's why I was able to collect on it and she said she couldn't do my chain because it's too thin. It will ruin it. So I take the charm to Kay's jeweler and told them that the pawn shop says it wasn't real mine you i had it about 5 years now wearing it and is never turn nothing and it like I said case and it's it's gotten 10 carat cake from Italy. Everybody know from Italy is real 10 karat gold I don't know anything Kay ever sold me fake so I figured that pawn shop Is afraud it pawns what it wants to pawn Kay's Jewelers says in stonecrest said yes ma'am it is real. It has 10 karat gold Italy on it and they remember saling to me because I have an account with them
