Spoke to Jasmine today over the phone today to ensure they had a certain brand of laptop before having to drive across town for nothing. Jasmine decided to get jazzy with me out the blue after saying there were 3 of them there. She proceeded to that she wasn’t going to keep doing all of this over the phone and I should just come up to the store. Like why work a job where you have to interact with customer if you have poor customer service skills? I never understood this.

I was gifted a ring I walked in to see if the ring was of any value honestly wasn't sure if the stones were real because the biggest stone was blue it looked like a regular colored stone I knew the gold was real the lady with the long dreads she needs a retwist on more than her hair her attitude and spirit need an adjustment her energy is filthy! I could see negative energy all on her from the time I walked in the door as I waited to be helped I was hoping I did not get her but I did she put no time and effort into actually checking to see if the stones were real I watched her and she did nothing! I went to two other locations and an actual jewelry store and receive vastly different results the stone was actually a blue diamond worth more than what I could have imagined get a second opinion no matter what you have because she is not going to give you a honest and real answer she too busy being a hater it's almost like she didn't want it to be real she needs to be careful how she treats people because fooling with somebody like me Karma hit quick and she will not have a job there if I really put energy into it! she lucky that I don't use my energy in the way that she uses hers but as a black woman to another black woman as black people we have got to do better you don't purposely hold your people back you help your people

Jamal fielder was rude and the other employee that was working with him was just standing there having a whole conversation with a customer and they had already paid and did the transaction he was just standing there talking and Jamel was rude they don’t have no customer service at all

This location is horrible. They sold our family a tv whose outputs (HDMI/red.yellow.white) did not work at time of purchase and REFUSED to give us our money back. We realized that it didnt work immediatley once we got home and tried to hook up our cable and gaming systems. We even bought new cords just to make sure it was the TV and not our equipment and sure enough, it was the tv. Fact is the store DOES NOT thoroughly check to see if their equipment works NOR WILL THEY TELL YOU IF SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Went in to get a ps4. Overall the store layout is easy to navigate and is fairly clean. As for the staff it was mixed. Saundra was a bit rude but Taylor helped me with the transaction. Also parking is very limited so hopefully you can find a space. Overall not good but not bad either.
