The ladies at Carstar are awesome! They were very warm and friendly during all my visits, and they communicated proactively and frequently about my car during repairs. They even finished my repairs 2 days earlier than anticipated!

My experience with Carstar was nothing but spectacular! Every employee I came in contact with was very, VERY professional. They made the repairs that were needed in less time than was originally quoted to me and cleaned my car. Something that I wasn't expecting but very much appreciated, they have it back cleaner than when I gave it to them for the repairs. There work is flawless, you can't detect where my car had been damaged and they handled the return of my rental car at no extra cost. I just can't say enough about them. I will definitely recommend them and will use there services again if they are ever needed.

I received Great customer service during a tough time and they made sure I was satisfied as a customer! Walked in the shop having a bad day walked out feeling much much better.
