We are living in a time where the type of service you experience hinges on the color of your skin and/or your financial status. It is sad, but nonetheless a harsh reality. While this has become a norm at many businesses, I am happy to say this was not my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on East Ponce De Leon in Decatur, GA. From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with the upmost respect and provided exceptional customer service. Micaela, the Assistant Branch Manager was not only professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful but she was also customer focused and went out of her way to ensure that all my questions and needs were addressed.

The communication throughout the rental process was seamless. From reservation to vehicle return, the staff maintained clear and concise communication, ensuring that I was well-informed at each stage. Any inquiries I had were promptly addressed, contributing to a smooth and straightforward rental experience. I would also like to recognize Phylicia for assisting me as well.

Micaela also played a vital role in enhancing the service I experienced. I had a question regarding a matter that involving the car that I rented, and Micaela immediately addressed my concerns and was committed to an amicable resolution - showcasing a high level of attention to detail and dedication to customer service. “I wish there were more locations, but I'm pretty happy with the service here in Atlanta. I started using Zipcar in Boston, and kept my membership when I moved down south. I am able to walk or MARTA almost anywhere, but sometimes I need a Zipcar to get something at IKEA or pick up a friend from the airport in style. Zipcar rates and ease of rental are ideal in those situations. For rentals longer than 6 hours, it may be worth the hassle of going to a rental agency, because the price gets out of hand. I never really use more than $10 worth of gas, and car rentals can be $50 a day with insurance, while Zip is about $70-100 a day. I feel for the other reviewers who had poor customer service, esp. the one who had difficulty getting gas. But, the times when I have had to call customer service, they have been prompt and helpful and reasonable.”
