I came to Burlington to find a black dress for a funeral/OES session. Long story short I came across a cute name brand dress for $40 dollars. The place was nice and clean. You have to dig a bit to find the treasure but it's ok if you are into that. Let's just say that I was lucky to find what I bought. The service was good. The staff was helpful. I rarely go the Burlington but I'm glad that I did this time. I recommend that others go if you're in search a bargin.

Still think it should stay Burlington Coat Factory or “Burlington Coat Factory and More”. Bring back the coats and more suites all year round for each season. Also make sure it doesn’t look like a Thrift Store slash Salvation Army Store slash Goodwill Store. What happened? You guys took all the pizzazz, glitter and glamour out. In other words, “plain jane”.

Wed. 12/20/23. Google says store is open till 12 am (Mon-Sat). I am at the front door at 11:08 pm. The store is CLOSED. Very disappointing for a large store like Burlington. Poor customer service. Thanks.

Burlington has some amazing holiday finds. Priced right for your budget. Clothes, shoes, kitchen and bath needs. The store was well lit and fully stocked.

So surprised to see such a huge selection of merchandise given we're recouping from COVID and it was hard getting things in. Definitely recommend this location and I will be back!

Burlington is great. That being said it might be easier for the shoppers if they delineate the clothes sizes in a better fashion.

The cashiers are always great, but the lines/wait times are always long every time I go, and the aisles for the clothing are too close so there's never room to navigate them when there are more than one person per aisle.

Got harassed by the security guard won't be shopping back here again. I guess I was carrying too many things in my hands and that was suspicious enough? She followed me at some point stood right in front of me and stared me down. I asked "Can I help you?" She said I'm just waiting, then continued to stare me down. I grabbed my last item by the beauty supplies and went to go pay. Yes I bought everything I was carrying, I had already shopped for my items, but I will not be returning. Horrible way to handle things.

Burlington is a great place for shopping in Briarcliff village shopping area. There are hundreds of brands under one roof and at a discounted price (may not be the latest piece). I strongly recommend it for sweaters and jackets. You can also buy shirts, pants, jeans, shoes and home decor etc.PS: Don't go by the S/M/L/XL sizes as they vary a lot from brand to brand and you should try it before buying or at least have an idea whether it will fit you or not.

I came here to look for a cute outfit for my toddler to wear on her birthday. They had a lot of options and selections for really good prices. They had it organized by ages so it was easier for me to find her size. I was able to find her a cute dress for her to wear. The cashier was very sweet and friendly and had a smile on her face.
