I'm process of getting lawyer they just permed my hair without my permission .. hair smelled like product for days no curls I spent years making sure I have natural curls after shower washed hair no curls ... lawyering up perm causes cancer and I'm definitely getting a lawyer !!!!!!! Sickening

They permed my hair without permission. While getting my hair washed, the stylist starting pulling water bottles filled with some sort of product out of the cabinet and adding it to my hair. She also poured vinegar in my hair. Everytime I would ask her what she's using, she all of a sudden didn't speak English. After leaving the shampoo bowl and going to the chair, I looked in the mirror and noticed that my hair was STRAIGHT. I asked the stylist if she put perm in my hair and she said yes. I asked her why and she could tell I was upset. She called another stylist over who proceeded to say they didn't put perm in my hair, they don't use perm. My hair is STRAIGHT. No curl pattern, no texture. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Lizabeth Dominican at Greenbriar is much better. Ive been going there for 10 years. Only tried this location because it was close to my job. My hair is fried and brittle.

On Sept 11 my 7th yrs old daughter got a blown out for $65.00. Now her hair is completely damaged (she's bald in the middle and around the sides ) and still bone straight like a perm after several washing. And her is hair falling out like crazy . My baby had health hair and this was her first time getting a blown out.
