Overcharging customers and bad business practices. They lie. Do not go to this location. They will charge you an activation fee that is not authorized by Boost Mobile.Despite a sign on the door and inside his stole advertising the Xfinity box for $45 including 30 days of service, he tried to charge me $75. Boost corporate confirmed that I should have only been charged $45.The Asian man in the store also doesn’t live in this community and cares very little about overcharging people in Greater Decatur. Choose another location. Misleading, deceptive business practices.

Went into this location and Andy was sneezing and coughing with no mask on. I ask him a question and he was very rude and disrespectful like he did not want to help me because I’m black.

Customer service is impeccable. You will get out of this place satisfied. Very gentle man. I think he is used to it . He would understand ur problem and always give you the right answer. Yes, he is a professional.
