Its a scam .
Dont buy from them online . I ordered a hanumanji pendant from them online and when I received the package it was ring in there which i never ordered. Upon reaching out to them they want me to pay out of my pocket for the shipping and send them item back to them to check when i already paid them for shipping extra 35$ for the product that i purchased and never received.
Why will i be paying anything for reshiping the wrong item .

Look for Pritiben or Mita Aunty they both are so friendly, so nice and will absolutely suggest whatever is right for any customers!! Thier collection is best, the owner of shop Jayant uncle is super nice & professional!! Look for Pritiben and mita aunty from my personal recommendation. I bought all my wedding gold jewelry from this place!

I visited India in the 90s & loved it as I still do & purchased yellow gold while I was there. A lady saw my gold & loved it. I told her that I wanted more & needed a few pieces restyled. She had lived in India. She highly recommended Bhindi Jewelers. I had seen the sign many times. Therefore, I made a point to go there. I took a necklace to have the clasp repaired with a little work to keep a tiny portion of the chain from dividing. There was no gold needed to be added to the necklace as I had the clasp on it. I was charged around $165.00 for that. When I told one of my colleagues from India who always admired my jewelry, she was appalled. Also, when I went to pick my necklace up, the lady that attended to me was nice, but a man behind the counter was not. My husband was with me. He wanted to upgrade my wedding ring & since we didn't know that we had been overcharged & since I already have Indian gold he wanted to see diamonds over a carat--loose--because he felt that they could style whatever I wanted once the diamond was chosen. Perhaps they have enough large diamond buyers because the guy behind the counter didn't seem interested in our business; So, I lost a desire to see anything they had. Mind you, that was before I realized that I had been overcharged for the necklace. Therefore, it worked out for the best anyway. The only misgivings I have about the whole matter was that the lady attending to me was so sweet & I felt she was on commission & he was one of the owners. I really wanted to give her a big sale, but I don't do business with companies that treat me poorly. I told my husband that I want all of my new jewelry bought elsewhere. He obliged.

Tbh we believe in customer service. We have been to a few other jewelry shops in the Patel Plaza area, but the staff has never been helpful and they usually cared more about their own gossips. These guys get a 11/10 on that aspect. We were greeted very nicely and Mrs. Mita really helped us in getting a jewelry of our choice and within our budget. Super professional and friendly at the same time. Definitely recommend their shop over others!!!
