Great customer service and prices. Have come here a few times over the past 6 months for some speciality coin batteries and things like that. Also just purchased a new car battery here online. It was ready in two hours. I came just before close so I opted to instal it myself. I brought the old battery in to be recycled and they gave me the core refund and came out to my car to spray the terminals with some protective grease.

Do NOT Shop here!! CAUTION!! I went in for a battery for car key fob. The man said it would be $29, including a lifetime warranty. I said no I just want a battery. He said "Hold on, let me finish with the lifetime warranty details" A real hard sell for a key fob battery. Then he said it would be $19. I asked "just for the battery?" He said that included installing it. I said again "How much for just the battery?" He said " go find it yourself on the aisle" and offered no further assistance. I was trying to support a local franchise business and this is what I got. Next time I'll just get a battery at Walmart or CVS. Less hassle.

Our Batteries Plus store has always been a place where staff really try to find solution, even if none are in inventory or are available to order. They have been pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. I often find something I needed but didn't have on the shopping list.

This store refused to honor the nationwide warranty Batteries Plus offers on its power sports batteries. When questioned about this, the gentleman (Alex) stated that the franchisees go by their own rules and he wasn’t willing to even attempt to look up my information because I didn’t have a printed receipt and bought the battery in question at another location. Some of this information seemed to directly conflict with what two other stores told me. Also, every single store I called besides this one was able to easily access my information with only a phone number. They also told me that it didn’t matter which store I chose to warranty the battery at because Batteries Plus offers a nationwide warranty regardless of where an item was purchased.I came to this store because it is convenient to where I live. The store I bought it from was in Conyers and isn’t even open anymore according to Google. All of this was told to me after I was able to get another store (where I didn’t buy from either) to easily access my info and invoice for my battery. I simply called and they emailed it to me. I’m not sure why he even asked for it. After I presented it to him he said he wasn’t going to help me.Aside from being unhelpful in every way, Alex wasn’t really listening to me from the minute I attempted to ask for help. He was was unfriendly and unwelcoming. His attitude and vibe conveyed to me that I was bothering him by being there. My advice is to take your business elsewhere if you care about any kind of support after the sale.

I made an appointment to get my screen repaired for my iPhone. I arrived and was told that they didn’t have anyone to make the repairs. Pointed at a sign on the door when I asked why they continued to allow appointments if they didn’t have anyone to do the work. Oh yeah and I received a text reminder at 7:01 am this morning about my appointment. My time is being wasted but no worries, I will never attempt to utilize this business no matter the location for anything else. The retail, service and food industry continue to use the pandemic as an excuse to provide subpar and mediocre service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Stay away from this store. I used website to find battery for a vehicle. Website provided several options. Purchased battery online. Went to pick up battery, was not told the battery was materially different from the battery I turned in. Battery would not work because they sold me the wrong battery. Notified store within an hour battery wouldn't work and asked to return it. Employee told me it was probably the alternator. It wasn't. Spoke to Orlando, the store manager. He refused to take battery back despite the fact that I am in compliance with the return policy on the back of the receipt. Later, employees lied and said, falsely, they told me the battery would not work. Why would I take a battery when advised it wouldn't work? Or would employees lie because they didn't say anything and are afraid of getting in trouble? The battery is in perfect condition, unused, not damaged, and in saleable condition. There is no reason to not accept the return. There is no definition on website, sales slip or posted in the store on what constitutes "used" which is supposedly why they refuse to accept the return. The battery was not used. It didn't work. If you purchase something for any retail store and it doesn't work, I don't know of any store that would not accept the return. I asked to escalate to a manager and Orlando would not provide his last name or the name of anyone to escalate to. Don't use this store for anything. Go to a reputable retailer.

I checked this place on a whim for a generic phone screen protector. They said "someone with that exact phone just came in 10mins ago from next door and we don't have it." Strange. It's a generic grocery store phone with no particular model. I went next door to the phone store and the nice lady for fixed everything for 15$.Why did this store feel the need to lie?

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sold me a new lawnmower battery that had no charge, but would not refund me, even though the purchase was only two days prior. I will be disputing the charge with my financial institution.

Unnecessary red tape. I was held up in the store picking up an already paid for online order because the employee demanded a picture of the credit card used. This would be understandable if my name was not already on the order as the pick up person. I provided ID that matched our online order. Not enough. Needed a picture of a credit card. Sketchy and unprofessional. I am not sure if this employee was mistaken or if this is a corporate policy. Either way, it was a silly waste of everyone’s time and should be addressed.
