Slowest rudest employees in the area. The manager is very arrogant, he only talks/acknowledges certain customers. Over 30 mins to see a teller with only 1 other customer in the branch! Feels like they don’t want to help you, I was told to do my transactions in the ATM if I didn’t want to wait! 0 Stars!

Absolutely horrible staff. Don't answer simple questions asked and get mad if asked again. Lines are horrible because of the slow work ethic of the staff. Small issues like cashing a check can take up to 15 minutes. Either hire competent staff or close the place down. Gave it one star cause it's the minimum. 0/5 stars for service.

Only inside tellers and lines are long. They should have more respect for customers and make it easy to back with them.

This branch is absolutely the worst beach I have been to since moving to the state of Georgia. There is a lack of time management at this branch. The handful of tellers seem to have adjusted very well with not being considerate with their customers.

Sorry bank. I went to this bank on a Friday morning with my mother so she can get a new VISA debit card after the ATM machine ate it. We waited for like 35 minutes for the bank representative to say that my mother's picture I.D. has expired. My mother has her social security number and bill statement with her to verify everything. I bank with a credit union anyway but this Bank of America disappointed me. The guy told us that we will have to call the 1-800 number for customer service to get a new VISA card. I also must say that this bank has trash all around the premises . I suggest that a big bank like Bank of America get their stuff together and have that particular branch hire a groundskeeper to pick up the trash.

The drivethru at this location is awful!! There's trash everywhere. BOA is a huge corporation, I am positive they can hire someone to keep the premises clean. I took pictures to send to the branch manager however, I can't find a name. It is Ridiculous how this branch is kept.

Alise N. Zachery and staff were rude, unfriendly, and also pushy on up-selling my husband and I on services we did not need. If I could give the staff ZERO stars I would. They treated us like criminals when trying to cash a payroll check(a check through bank of America). They pushed us to open an account when all we needed was to cash the check to pay for bills due that day. I was not opposed to the idea of an account with BOA but if we opened an account funds would not be immediately available, I needed to pay the mechanic that night. I get it.. getting new folks to open accounts probably looks good for them.. that's not what we needed though!!! They were NOT helpful and should be reprimanded for their poor customer service. I ended up going to Wells Fargo and had the check signed over to me and cashed it with NO problem. This allowed me to pay for unexpected car troubles that night and get my husband's car back. I will NEVER bank with Bank of America based of this experience. Two thumbs down and shame on you and your staff for profiling their clients and treating us like common criminals. SO DISAPPOINTING.. I will NEVER forget this terrible experience.

They are sooooo slow. It is saturday morning. They should have more than two tellers or at the very least those two tellers should move the line along quickly. Its like this every single time I come. Extremely frustrating!

Only the senior teller assist are worth to deal with, all the younger teller assist are unprofessional and working just for the pay check, no willingness to help or provide customer service. Not coming back here.

Literally always one teller two on a good day , rude , unprofessional! Easily the worse branch I have ever dealt with through any bank.
