Coming to this location for a year now. This bank always smells really bad like must and mildew. Makes an uncomfortable environment while waiting. Staffing is friendly though

This bank only had 1 person able to open a new account in the entire bank. Waited for 45 minutes and walked out. They said it would be another 10 minutes before someone would be able to help us. We already have an account with the bank. Absolutely ridiculous!

I picked this branch location because it had one of the highest scores. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. I was able to make an appointment and when I arrived I did not have to wait and Jermonte was able to help me with closing my parents estate.

Jermonte has once again been the best for my needs. He’s basically a known face at this location and practically runs the place. He’s a great listener and knows his job very well.
