FOLLOW MY ADVICE AND GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE , it’s been three years and still no title and he won’t pick up the phone because he knows what he has done , it’s unlawful to sell a car and you don’t receive title so therefore we’re gonna take them to court and the lawyer is very confident in closing this establishment down or DONT WATSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE PPL YOU WILL GET SCAMMED OUT YOUR MONEY WITH SOME UNRELIABLE CARS AND SERVICE …please respond and say I’m lying so I can post these screenshots ?

I had bought a 2014 Mitsubishi galant from him. I would have still have the car to this day but I was in a car accident and it got total out. Mr bass is a honest and respectful person I would be goingback just as soon as I can

Glade I look at reviews before wasting time going to purchase a car from him. His response are funny tho so he can get 3 stars for being a comedian. He sound like a 5 year old , but all honesty everyone can’t be lien on you especially with reviews ranging from 3 weeks old to 2/3 years old.

Purchased a 2004 Civic Honda from Bass. They gave me a 3 month warranty on the engine. My son says the car runs like a champion. Of course, older cars will need certain repairs but you get what you pay for. I recently went thru an ordeal getting a title from another dealer in Jonesboro. (never did get it). But Bass got me the tag after only a few weeks. The staff at B & K are always friendly and helpful even though they are always busy.

Run....DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! bought A CAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON SAID WOULD FIX CAME BACK TO PAY BALANCE FOR TAG STILL DIDNT FIX. NOW 2 MONTHS after PAYING $2500 CASH I'm on the side of the rode with my 2 kids engine blown. Not to mentioned I never received my title nor tag. I'm literally doing this review from the side of the rode.

This place is a scam I am getting a lawyer and call fox 5 call for action. Because he sold my son a car with a hole in the engine then gave him another messed up car then told him they aren't going to take the car back and refund his money this place is a scam don't go to this place .

I purchased a car from them exactly October 29th 2021. Before I purchased the car the low tire pressure light was on, but that was fine. Immediately after payment transaction, I drove off the lot…2 minutes later the check engine light came on. Stopped by auto zone. The car needs 2 O2 sensors( you cannot sell a car legally with messed up O2 sensors, they falsified paper work emissions) front shocks, rear brakes, fuel sensor, battery was to small for the car, and valve cover. Tried to work with him to see if we can come to an understanding to work on the car, but they refused and constantly ignored my calls. So now we’re going to court.. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Sells bad cars and doesn't care about the safety of his customers. Does shady business all around. Only cares about taking your money. The man is ruthless. Also is bad at giving customers their title. Lies about the condition of the cars doesn't care if his customers are left stranded. Don't buy ANYTHING from this man. He needs his license taken.

DO NOT BUY from this place. Horrible customer service, Bass Touray sells cars that has problems, he do not care about his customers. I am surprised he is not a dead man yet. One day he is going to mess over the wrong person.
