My husband was in Azalea house for 2 months. It was the worst experience for us. It started out nice but they started over medication him and not taking care of his personal need. I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

We’ve had two generations of family that have lived at Azalea House. We have always been very appreciative of the loving care they received.
