This is my go to shop when I need shisha and coals. It's hard to find the brand that I like at other places. ATL Vape City always have the Titanium brand in stock and they have a variety of shisha. This store has the rubber hoses for my hookah which are hard to find. If you visit this location be sure to sign up for the points! They come in handy because they accumulate pretty fast and you can use them to save money or even stack them up to buy items. The ladies that run the place are very helpful, patient and so kind! Also, if you're a regular customer and they don't have something you love they usually always will have it by the time you go back!

I’ve came here on two separate occasions and was helped by two different people. They both took their time, explained the products to me and gave me the cons and pros. They made sure I understood what I was buying. The products are authentic, I was able to activate both of my devices online. The prices are even cheaper than the online store.

Unprofessional . Prime example of you can’t shop with or support a business just because it’s “black owned”. Seem like they won’t be open much longer based off of the rest of these reviews anyway.

Update: the hours posted are not the hours this business is open. I came on two occasions and the store was not open or staffed.This is a new shop that opened recently. Stock is limited. The owner was nice. Prices are extremely high (I usually pay no more than $15 for shisha) as compared to local shops (a few miles away). It is the closest shop to my home but I travel a little further for better prices and selection. I made one purchase simply because I like to support BFO businesses. I will definitely visit again to see if inventory is increased and prices improve and adjust my review if it does.

If I could give 0 stars I would. H O R R I B L E customer service. The owner has no respect or concern for her customers. I’ll never spend another dollar with them. She told me she was on the way up there concerning a vape that didn’t work after I purchased and never showed up. But was texting and joking with her daughter who’s the cashier. I stood up there for 30-40 mins. They have no respect for customers. I suggest that no one shops from this black owned business. They make black owned businesses customer service look terribly bad. I highly DO NOT recommend. Update:ACTUALLY YOU STOOD OUTSIDE UNTIL ME AND MY GRANDMOTHER LEFT. YOURE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD HIRE SOMEONE OTHER THAN FAMILY. THEY COULD BE YOUR DOWNFALL. IM A BLACK BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF AND WOULD NEVER HANDLE THE SITUATION HOW YOU HAVE. You’re response isn’t even profession. FOH

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. the customer service is H O R R I B L E. The owner and her cashier which is her daughter has NO respect or concern for their customers. I spent my LAST $20 in there and my vape stopped working after I left the store. the owner didnt want to resonate or even TRY to have an understanding with me. She was texting her daughter, laughing, the whole time. I stood up there for 45 mins and she never showed up after she told me she was on the way to solve my problem. I wouldn't spend another dollar there ever again. I'll take my HARD EARNED money elsewhere. to people who respects where the dollar comes from. instead of solving my problem. they mocked it. I don't appreciate having to spend my LAST at an establishment and having no product in return.

My experience here was the absolute best Ms. Shawn was very attentive and answered every question I had when it came to her merchandise In the store…I would definitely recommend this place to all of my hookah smokers!!

Bought 3 vape pens here and the chargers they come went all went out for some reason brought attention of this to the workers and owner where she offered me a discount for my second pen in which that charger also stopped working but I went in just now in which I informed her about my third pen doing the same she put a cartridge on it and saw it wasn't pulling because it was dead then she Hooked it up and saw it wasn't charging just to say she doesn't know why because she not at home with me and then tried to belittle me by saying I shouldn't attach it to an apple block because it's ONLY for apple products like it is a USB attachment so I thought you could attach it anywhere but moral of the story bad customer service on the owners part and I was never looking for anything free just wanted her to know she has faulty products
