Pathetic Person and Zero customer service.I asked for porting the number - he screwed in such a way that he took my money and never ported my number. and I had to call Lyca and my existing service provider and even they could not help. HE blocked my sim card as well.

This is the most worse call service provider I have ever used in my life. My wife and I cannot call or receive calls because there is no signal or network and I have tried to get in touch with the customer service severally, but I can't just get any human being to talk to about our service issue. Please don't use this service because it does not worth the stress at all..I hope they will change some day, but if not, then I do not know what else to say.

0 Customer service.! They need to learn about how to treat Customer and dealing with.! They don’t even know how to talk.! They are so Rude. It is better for them not to have Bussiness. Please someone help them and teach them about customer service class.!

The costumer services of this company lycamobile I don’t think the should be working and answering the phone to the costumer the are very bad the are not professional I give them 0/5 stars ⭐️ .
