I don’t know how these People call themselves pharmacists. My package keeps getting returned to them, and I called them letting them know I need a new one sent out to me. Do not send me the one they keep returning. The reason behind it is that the medication needs to be refrigerated and the UPS area it was being held at had no refrigerator, because I called and it had been sitting there for weeks without my knowledge. I call the pharmacy and the lady says it doesn’t matter because the medication does not need to be refrigerated. It funny because I’m staring at the box right now and the Adlarity transdermal patches say they need to be refrigerated. Or am I not to trust packaging and trust the fellow pharmacists of this place? Horrible place after this no more business with them. Don’t recommend anyone to get there meds from here. These people have no knowledge on medication.

My wife has used Anchor for years. They have great customer service and go above and beyond to interface with doctors offices and insurance to get you the meds you need. Recently Cheryl really pulled some strings to make her medicine arrive before expected. Thank you so much, Cheryl and Anchor it’s been a rough month with out the meds.

They are always having to order my medicine on the day it is to be filled. My Doctor's office just called them about one of my medicine and she said she the lady that answered she did not think she knew what she was doing. She ask to speak to the pharmacist and they would not let her. This has been a problem since I started using them. The only reason I used them is because my insurance i had would only pay for one of my medicine if I used them. I am getting different insurance and a different pharmacy. My mother keeps asking me why I have stayed with them well I am not anymore. it has been a nightmare getting my medicine. My doctor called them because one of my medicine was on back order and was trying to see if they had it in a different strength so they could send in a prescription for that and they would not tell them.

ANCHOR PHARMACY is absolutely terrible. They were not my pharmacy of choice. However; I was open to given them a try since the doctors office already sent my child's prescription to them. Now I can wholeheartedly say Anchor Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I ever encountered. It has taken over a week to fill my 5 year old's prescription. In fact as I write this review the medication still haven't been delivered. They lied several times stating the medication will be delivered when it wasn't. In fact Brianna stated she would personally drop the medication off at 6pm and that was a lie. Brianna never showed up. Unless the medication is being shipped from a Holiday Inn in South Africa....there is no excuse for this egregious delay. Never use ANCHOR PHARMACY they are extremely unprofessional.

You practically have to get an act of Congress to get them to take you off hold to get the status of your prescription. Expect to cool your heels on the phone for 10-15 minutes. When they do pick up they are helpful and knowledgeable but definitely clear your schedule if you need to speak to someone. I always drop by to pick up my prescriptions.

I had some problems with one of my prescriptions, and Cheryl went to bat for me! It’s so nice to have a pharmacy where you can get help from real people instead of getting passed around from robot to robot. It’s like going to a small town pharmacy, but with the resources of a big chain. And here’s the biggest difference: when they make a mistake, they own up to it, apologize, and make it right immediately. Have you had a company do that for you recently? It was a rare treat for me. Plus, they deliver to your house!! It’s been a dream come true to find these folks. It’s life-changing for my prescriptions to not be a constant source of fear or stress. (If you know, you know). Thanks so much Cheryl! You’re amazing!
