First visit to this shop, needed rear differential fluid changed. Once fluid was drained, got a call saying they saw metal shavings on the magnetic plug. Priced me a $1600 rear diff replacement. Fortunately, I refused only to find out the metal shavings are normal. That's why the plug is magnetic. I won't be going back...smh.

Destroyed my ml350. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend bringing your cars here. Shady from start to finish. They talk very knowledgeable and hide when there’s a problem. I have recordings of them saying employee has proscription addiction and didn’t know what he was talking about. I have them admitting everything. Do not go here. Wish I could give no stars. If you have delt with them, and had issues contact me. He will be going to court

Do NOT go here for ANY A/C issues! They do not know how to repair it. Kept my car for 2 days and did not fix the issue. Paid for a diagnostic which was a waste of money. Sadly, I have to continue to ride around with no a/c with my child.Service: Air conditioning

WARNING: MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED UNDER THEIR CARE, DO NOT STOP HERE. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD "SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS." NO CAMERAS, NO SECURITY, NO LIABILITY FOR YOUR PROPERTY. LOOK AT THE VANDALIZED AND BROKE DOWN CARS IN THE PARKING LOT THEY LEAVE YOUR CAR IN.
