THEY DESERVE NO STARS The Worse attitudes I've ever Seen AT A store .They Will try to charge your card without ya permission. mangers And GM Two female manger and Dell All they call need to be listened to He need training as well as I guess His two lil Girl friends .I'm Tell Yall this It's A Button I Turn It off N On It will come on when I approve the payment Until then Tooooooot Bedroom suite they promised me everything new Bedroom Got roaches coming out causing them to have to bring me another one Brand New for 71 a month Because she lied told me the set was new wrote it up as New and just snatched out of a roach shoe These people are the worse now I'm fighting roaches daily Living room set also had to be returned 3 times they kept trying then finally brought a new Living room suite but it was not the one I wanted original and they are lieing about a Lifetime warranty All gimmies

Never ordering from Aaron’s again I was told my order will Be delivered that Saturday called they told me to reschedule so I did for a Monday I waited and waited all day and even called to check up at the end of the day they gone tell me to reschedule again could’ve at least callled and told me that instead of waiting all day long and me having to call don’t order here mane runied my day twice ??

I must say that everyone was very professional, very kind and attentive. The store was very clean and the manager went over and beyond to make sure that my furniture was delivered on the day requested. The delivery guys were very respectful and handled the furniture with care. Thank you very much Yvonne, the store manager and the rest of the crew!

On January 18, 2021, I went to Aaron Rental Center. I made a contract lease for a queen plush pillow top bed. They delivered the bed on January 19, 2021.Less than a month, the bed started sinking in the middle of it. Under the bed, the box spring was torn up. After contacting the Corporate Office several times, Aaron Rental delivered me another bed on February 19. The bed that was delivered was not the same bed that I had ordered. When I contacted Aaron Rental Center, about it I told them that they brought me the wrong bed. The manager told me he sent this bed to me because he thought this bed was better for me. I asked him how do he know what is better for me. I told him that this bed was not what I asked for or was a replacement of what I purchased. The manager told me to use the bed that they brought, since I had no other bed to sleep in until they come to pick up the bed to deliver a new one. I do not want this bed. I have called the Corporate Office about 6 times to make a complaint on Aaron. I spoke with a property manager name Mr. James. I explained to him how they keep broken bridges on a contract for a bed with me. Mr. James was supposed to move my contract to another Aaron Rental Center, discount my purchase, and make sure I get the bed I sign up for. At this point, I wanted my money back or for them to bring me a better bed. That never happened. Today is April 9, I still have this bed that I do not want. I sleep on my couch. I am disable, elderly, and should not have to be sleeping on my couch. They do not care about me or my needs. Can someone tell me what to do? Next, I will be contacting Channel 2 and Fox 5 News, and an attorney.

I ordered a brand new washer and dryer the washer is fine but the dryer when the man came he put a big dent in the top of it I called them for a replacement that was about a week ago and I still have not got it I will not be getting any more appliances from here ever again and I would not recommend none of my friends or family to go here

THE STAFF IS AWSOME,STORE WAS VERY CLEAN
