Unreliable Service and Unjust Charges at AZ CellularMy recent experience with AZ Cellular was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to order the necessary part for my phone repair as promised, but they also had the audacity to charge me for a service they did not even provide.Upon visiting AZ Cellular for a simple phone repair, I was assured that the required part would be ordered promptly and that the repair would be completed within a few days. However, after waiting for over a week without any update, I decided to follow up with the store, only to discover that they had failed to place the order for the part. This lack of competence and disregard for their commitment to customers is utterly unacceptable.To add insult to injury, when I went to pick up my unrepaired phone, I was shocked to find that I had been billed for the "service." Not only was this completely unjust given that the repair had not been carried out, but the staff also showed a blatant lack of accountability and empathy when confronted about the situation.The sheer incompetence and lack of integrity displayed by AZ Cellular have left me deeply dissatisfied. It is clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, and I would strongly caution others against entrusting their devices to this establishment. My experience serves as a warning to anyone considering AZ Cellular for their phone repair needs.

Service was very quick I stopped here like a month ago to get a new screen and it has been glitching ever since I left the A to Z phone repair. Great service but I just feel like my screen was rushed and not installed properly.
