Our experience with Zales outlet and Ms Pam was phenomenal today. She took such great care of us and really let me take my time to find just the right ring. Pam was never pushy or “salesy”. She really cared and we knew if we didn’t buy today, we’d be coming back because of her!!!!

Went into the Zales outlet to have my jewelry inspected and cleaned. Sales person by the name of Tracy helped me and she was great. I asked her about there upgrade terms on jewelry and she took her time to explain it. She was also very patient she took her time with pricing on different pieces of jewelry I questioned. Very Polite.

Nadia and Tracy went out of their way for my family to walk out with something better than I thought we could afford. We even got a pair of earring for our daughter! They showed us exactly what we wanted. We will back!

Zales has disappointed us. I will not be shopping here again after the issue has been resolved. I was initally impressed with the service when we went to pick out a ring. I picked out a beautiful pearl ring and sent it to be resized. I remembered the individual who measured my ring finger said it was 5.75.
When I came to pick up the ring about a week later, I was so sad to see it was too loose, it was a size 6. I am not sure where the issue occured, however, the store failed to take accountability and made me feel at fault by saying that I lost weight so my finger got smaller. They used a temporary solution to try to fix it. I honestly was not happy but we had no choice as I was on a time crunch.
The pearl fell out 4 days later while we were on a stroll. So we called the store to see our options. Their phone was having issues so a man said he would called back. We never got a call back. So we went in person. They refused to give us a refund or exchange because it was not in orignal condition. Our only option was to wait for another ring to ship then we can hopefully return it.

I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet for my wife for Valentine's Day in 2018 from the Zales Outlet store in Dawsonville. They had a great selection and the best prices for the item I was looking for. I was able to purchase a $4600 bracelet for $1695.00. The $4600 was comparable to other jewelers I had priced the same bracelet and carat weight, so I got a great deal and value for my money.After giving her the bracelet, we brought it in to have it sized to fit her wrist, and they had to send it off. With the diamonds that required removing, they created a set of dangly diamond earrings for her that perfectly matched the bracelet.Zales offers a diamond bond and lifetime diamond warranty that requires the bracelet to be inspected and cleaned every six months. With the exception of the store closing during COVID-19 in 2020, we have kept up with this and taken the bracelet in for the inspection.The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and courteous in our dealings and visits. They thoroughly inspect the item I purchased from them, document the inspection and cleaning, and offer to clean her other jewelry at no charge each time we come in.Every experience we have had with Zales has been five-star, and we have recommended them to many other people who have relocated to Dawsonville.
