“It’s been a long time since I shopped in person, but I’m a huge Talbots fan and saw that they had some deals at the outlet. Let me say this, Laney treated me like a human. She was so sweet and kind, called me by my name and had a quick chat. I appreciated that so much. I’m on the younger side of their clientele but I love their styles for the office. The store was calming and very well organized. I felt like a woman in there. Thank you Laney!!”
“I had a horrible experience shopping online and dealing with customer service so I decided to call the Dawsonville store. Catherine helped me without a single issue, and was able to put my order through exactly as requested. She was a delight to work with. The Dawsonville store is very lucky to have her!

The Dawsonville location is worth stopping by. They have a good selection of clothes and affordable prices. I also liked the availability of various sizes. “This Marshalls is massive—like, outlet mall-level big (which makes sense, because it’s right next to all of them). If you're into the thrill of the hunt, this place is a goldmine. Tons of variety and little gems waiting to be discovered!
I scored big on New Balance and other athletic hoodies and tops—perfect for upgrading your workout wardrobe without breaking the bank.
But where this location really shines? Baby and toddler clothes! Seriously, it’s worth the drive from Atlanta just for that. I found a whole set—pants, shirt, socks—for $10. In the city, you’d easily pay double.
It’s about an hour’s drive, so if you’ve got the time, make a day of it! Bonus: it’s right next to Ross and other outlet stores, so wear comfy shoes and bring snacks—you might be here a while!

“Love this place! I'm a little unsure about the first review. I found the clothes bigger than normal---especially the dresses. It felt great bumping a size down than what I usually wear. They have a large variety of clothes...dresses, skirts, blouses, vests, dress pants, you name it. I love the atmosphere here because it's so chic. It reminded me of the dressing attire in Mad Men (television show) that I am obsessed with. The "negative" here is the digging through the sale racks. Although, it isn't really a problem because once I found what I wanted, AND if it wasn't the right size, one of the employees scooped me up another size right back to my dressing room. Although not totally inexpensive, it's certainly worth the quality.”

“I’d just like to say that I had two of the sweetest, most helpful ladies helping me at The Loft in Lawrenceville, Ga. last week. The first day it was a young lady name Thalia. She was such a delight and was sincerely interested in helping me find just the right outfits! I returned a few days later and Lynn, the store manager helped me. She was so attentive and jumped right in and made endless trips to the fitting room for me, until we found just the right sizes. The store started to get a little crowded but I noticed she would always pause and greet everyone that came through that door. In all my years of shopping, this has to be one of the very best experiences I’ve ever had!!”
“I had the pleasure of shopping at Jcrew and Neha and assisted me and my husband find some clothes. She was so incredibly kind and helpful! And we had a lot of fun shopping with her! “I stopped in here on a Friday afternoon to pick up a last minute birthday present for my daughter. I'd called before making the long drive to make sure they had a specific purse I was interested in. When I arrived, one of the sales associates remembered that I'd called and told me she'd put one aside just for me in case I came. But the highlight of my shopping experience was Ms. Gail. She helped me pick out some other things my daughter would like (at my request) and even let me know if the discount through the outlet (sign up for the outlet VIP program!). We had a wonderful chat and she really eased this stressed momma's heart. I ended up with a purse, a matching wallet, and two dust bags - all packaged up beautifully might I add. My daughter was absolutely ecstatic and has been wearing her new purchases every day since! Top notch service, wonderful selection, and great prices for quality Kate Spade items. Love this store!”

“This outlet store is like the actual store itself filled with quality merchandise and top notch customer service. Sometimes a brand's outlet is like the middle child who can't measure up to the older sibling's outstanding achievements and isn't cute enough to hog some of the attention away from the baby sibling. But luckily Eddie Bauer isn't no middle child! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by some smiling folks who wanted to know what we were looking for...We brought our friend who was visiting from overseas to buy a few things to take home since he said Eddie Bauer is about 35-50% more where he is from...Luckily there were lots of great stuff on sale and we even found an item on final clearance. We had a good experience here and would recommend the place to other shoppers.”
“I decided to go shopping here because i needed a couple pairs of long pants since the weather has been so cold. I was in a depressed mood because i have a very hard time finding pants that fit . I have a large butt, skinny calves, and a bit of fat that likes to hang over the waist line. As i tried on clothes i got discouraged seeing myself in the mirror. One of the nice girls that work there asked me if i needed any help or another size. i opened the dressing room curtain and showed her how horrible i looked in the pants. I was crying . She was very nice and made me feel better by suggesting a different style of pants and by reassuring me that we would find something that i would feel comfortable in. All the girls that worked in the store started bringing me things to try on and were honest by letting me know what looked flattering on me. I ended up finding a lot of things that i feel beautiful in . One pair of the jeans even makes my malproportioned legs look great. I am thankful for all the girls help and i feel like we are all friends now. I will be back for sure !!”
